Doncaster College External Partnerships and Employer Engagement teams have achieved the national standard for customer service, ‘Putting the Customer First’ from CustomerFirst UK Limited.

Pat Meadows, Assistant Principal for External Partnerships and Employer Engagement, at the College, was delighted to receive the certificate presented by Katherine Humphreys of CustomerFirstUK Limited at the College’s Waterfront Restaurant on behalf of the Projects, Partnerships, Work Force Development and International teams.

Staff worked hard to make sure they met all the exacting requirements to achieve the standard.

CustomerFirst UK Limited is the leading organisation that accredits the national standard for customer service ‘Putting the Customer First’.

Pat explained, ‘we are delighted to receive this prestigious award and it recognises that we are committed to ensuring that customers receive the best possible service at all times. The team was described by the assessor as very passionate, lively, energetic and enthusiastic and keen to do the best they can for a great customer experience. We are all very pleased with the outcome’.
