HELP vote our outstanding local award winning Yorkshire Wildlife Park the county’s most magnificent attraction.

Polling has now opened in the race to become Yorkshire’s top rated attraction – and YWP needs your help to win.

Last year, YWP narrowly missed out and came second. The nomination, for the second year running, is the latest triumph for YWP, which is Yorkshire's fastest growing and most innovative tourist attraction.

Families enjoy a fantastic day out at the park, which prides itself on conservation and helping protect endangered animals including Amur tigers and leopards, the Painted Hunting dogs and many other species. Since opening in April 2009, the Park has welcomed over 500,000 visitors whilst delivering a significant boost to tourism.

Cheryl Williams, Director of Yorkshire Wildlife Park, said:
‘We are honoured to be in the running for the second year. There are a lot of wonderful attractions in Yorkshire so the competition will be tough, but everyone at YWP would be ecstatic if we won – please keep casting your votes!’

‘We have had such support from visitors and I hope they will all vote us to be ‘Yorkshire’s Most Magnificent Attraction.’
‘We work tirelessly for wildlife conservation and welfare and by visiting us our visitors are supporting these aims – we hope that in return we give them a great day out and the opportunity to enter the world of some of the most beautiful and endangered animals in the world.’
