St Leger Homes has achieved the Government Standard accreditation for Customer Service Excellence (CSE) for the fourth consecutive year.
The standard is awarded to public service organisations which meet strict criteria demonstrating that they focus on the needs and preferences of their customers. An independent assessor inspects a range of services and activities each year to confirm whether the organisation can retain its accreditation.
In its recent assessment report St. Leger Homes was praised for the way it works to continuously improve its services in response to feedback from its staff and customers. The assessor said: ‘The whole service demonstrates a culture of customer care, based upon empathy with an understanding of the customers’ needs.’
A delighted Susan Jordan, Chief Executive of St. Leger Homes, said: ‘Delivering excellent customer service is a priority for everyone at St. Leger Homes. I am very proud of the work carried out by our staff which has resulted in this ringing endorsement from an independent assessor.’
