The Business Showcase proved once again that Doncaster businesses are thriving. The one-day event played host to over 1000 visitors and over 180 exhibitors, all seeking to raise their profile and meet new customers. One of the businesses exhibiting on the day was Formed, a relatively new company having set up just over a year ago by twins Oliver and Chris Rebbeck.

Formed is a Creative Agency based at the Prime Business Centre in Bentley and has grown rapidly with their offer of web page designs as well as print and advice on how to market your business including social media. They have a large portfolio of clients including Signum FM, recent winners of Business Doncaster’s start-up of the year Award at the Doncaster Chamber Awards, 2013.

Formed are an accredited supplier on the Growth Accelerator Scheme’, a consultancy programme designed to assist businesses achieve their growth aspirations.

Oliver and Chris felt that the Business Showcase was the perfect opportunity to promote their work to a wider audience saying, ‘The Business Showcase was the first time we have ever done anything like this and it was a great help as we picked up a lot of leads. The event was very well organised and it allowed us to show off our designs which caught the eye of a number of businesses.’

Oliver has a wealth of experience in web design, working alongside Lazurus and has even worked for Chanel. His brother and partner in the business, Chris, graduated from University with a degree in Environmental Management but wanted to stay local stating ‘to run a successful business you need trust and as brothers we have it in abundance. Doncaster is a great base for our type of work as there are plenty of opportunities out there.’
