Students at Doncaster College have been raising money for charity by selling books they have made in class.
Learners on the Level 2 progression to Advanced Studies Diploma/Certificate course
Hope to make in excess of £750 for four different very good causes: Make a Wish, Alzheimer’s Society, Doncaster Royal Infirmary Neo Natal Unit, South Yorkshire Air Ambulance service
Over a hundred students have made books of their choice as part of their team-working module. They include such titles as ‘How to make Christmas Decorations’, ‘Cocktails and Canapés’, ‘Nursery Rhymes’, and ‘Stepping Stones to Uni’.
